Booking Information:

• Minimum Group Size: 4 people
• Note: It's possible to reserve for 2 people, and we will endeavor to pair you with another group. However, please be aware that this process may take up to 2 months as spots are limited.

Wine 1: Sparkling Wine

• Dish: Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Canapé

Wine 2: White Wine

• Accompaniment: Cheese Board featuring 3 variations

Wine 3: Red Wine 1

• Charcuterie Board: Parma Ham, Chorizo, and assorted meats

Wine 4: Red Wine 2

• Main Course: Beef Bourguignon
  • Slow-cooked for 4 hours using half a bottle of Anfora Claypot Red Wine
  • Served with creamy mashed potatoes
