Intro: The Series wines represent our passion for innovation and experimentation in the search for new and interesting wines. Touriga Branca / Gouveio is one of the best-known grapes in the Douro, although very rarely seen as a single varietal wine. This noble variety excels for its excellent texture on the palate, rich minerality and mouth-watering acidity.

Tasting Notes: The Series Gouveio / Touriga branca shows the character of a great Douro. On the palate, it reveals structure and generous, with a good mineral texture, finishing off with great acidity.

Intro: This wine takes its name from the Santa Maria Scala Coeli Monastery where monks live in silence and daily prayer. Only produced in exceptional years and from grape varietals not common in the Alentejo region

Tasting Notes: Citrine coloured wine with slight greenish reflections. Very subtle aroma, mineral, linden and lychees. Large volume in the mouth, balanced with excellent acidity, which makes the final tasting deep and intense.
The Scala Coeli wine (stairway to heaven - Latin) is 100% Alvarinho grape, produced by Eugenio D’Almeida Foundation (Cartuxa), same producer of Pera Manca. Fermented at stainless steel and aged 12 m batonnage. 👃🏻Flowers, pear, citric, tropical fruits, wood and honey. Entrance with softness, but fulfill all the palate. Intro: Evel is one of the oldest and most charismatic wine brands in Portugal, having been registered in 1913. With no specific meaning, the word Evel is a derivative of its anagram: Leve (light). The brand name was chosen with the intention of describing its tasting characteristics, which are maintained until this day: an elegant, smooth and enjoyable wine.
