Intro: Adro da Se means entrance to the Church name given due to the proximity of an ancient church to the winery. We love this wine; it pairs wonderful with so many dishes and is one of those wines that will please everyone.

Aging: 2 Years in stainless steel vats and 6 months in Allier Fino barrels & 6 months in bottle
