Intro: Papo Amarelo is the name of a common bird which is often seen in the south of Portugal amongst woods, gardens and vineyards.

Aging: 3 months in oak barrel with battonage
Tasting Notes: A gold, citrine straw coloured wine. On the nose it is fruity and fresh with tropical and citric notes, with a big balance with the wood. In the mouth it is very well aged in oak for elegance and complexity, this gold colour full-bodied wine is creamy and savoury with mineral and exotic fruity notes.
