Tasting Notes: This wine has a straw yellow color with greenish tonalities. Fruity aromas with complex characters revealing notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, apricot, linden tea, and honey. An elegant mouth feel and strong body. It is a DEEP, SOFISTICATED and COMPLEX wine.

Tasting Notes: Citrine coloured with slight greenish reflections. Strong mineral component, with notes of tropical fruit, dry herb and orange blossom. Tasting Notes: Yellow with greenish traces, this wine presents great minerality and well-marked notes of ripe citrus. In the test, it has a certain grease to it, reflecting its stage on the lees with light battonage for the six months prior to bottling. A complex wine, full of harmony and elevation. Has a wide gastronomic spectrum.

Aging: 8 months on fine lees with battonage
Tasting Notes: Citrine colour with greenish reflections. Aroma with notes of honey, apricot and dry herb. In the mouth it is very fresh, with good volume and very elegant finish with soft floral notes.

The Quinta dos Aciprestes white is born from a parcel of white varieties where Rabigato, which offers great aromatic intensity and freshness, is dominant.
A very balanced white, revealing citric and greenish notes offering complexity in a very exuberant style. A wonderfully balanced structure showing volume and texture, finish with a very lively acidity, with a long and refreshing finish.
