Tasting Notes: Greenish colour, clear and shiny. Very clean nose, exotic and intense, showing all its caste's expressiveness. Notes of tropical fruit, fresh-cut grass, asparagus, lime, and some crystallised fruit. In the tasting, it has a vibrant and vigorous freshness, balanced by the volume of the fruit. The tasting experience constantly remits to the nose, making the freshness and complexity of the grape variety felt, with a long, mineral finish.
